ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

This workshop is about the trends and people strategies for an uncertain future. Unlike most years, when we can kind of foresee the same old compliance issues staring us in the face, the Covid-19 pandemic has given HR a completely new set of compliance issues that have never been dealt with before.

On top of that, like all the other years, HR continues to evolve and move forward, so we still have other new trends to be conscious of as well.

The HR Trends for 2021 focus on the fundamental shifts taking place everywhere: from jobs to in-the-moment skills; from a focus on D&I as an HR program to D&I as a core business competency; from supporting collaboration through in-person proximity to supporting collaboration through digitally-enabled teamwork. 

Through interviews with HR and Future of Work thought leaders, third party research, and insights gained from experts and benchmarking data, we have uncovered three critical areas where leaders must rethink their talent approaches. This workshop will provides recommended actions, HR best practices, and insights to seek out for each HR trend of 2021.

Having headed an MSME for the last decade she also understands the importance of entrepreneurship and the nitty-gritty of doing business. These experiences have given her a ringside view of the shifting paradigms in the world of business and the strategies that need to be employed to effectively address them.
